Thursday 16 July 10am – 3.30pm
Calico bag printing
In this workshop students will look at the works in the current S.H. Ervin exhibition and be inspired to design an image, create the block and print their image onto a calico bag. Students will then add colour to their design with paint.
Friday 17 July 10am – 3.30pm
Make your own clay jewellery
In this workshop students will design and create a range of polymer clay jewellery pieces that they can take home and wear. Students will experience the creative process from designing their shapes to constructing and decorating their pieces.
Cost: $100 – We accept Creative Kids vouchers now!
Classes conducted by experienced artists.
What to bring:
- Covered shoes and an apron or old clothes – If you have an aprons please bring them with you otherwise please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting MESSY!!
- Your lunch & a drink – we will have a break in the middle of the day for ½ hour.
- Your excitement, imagination and creativity!
We are very excited to be a part of the NSW Government ‘s program as a registered Creative Kids provider. It’s a great opportunity to let kids discover their passions and learn new skills. Parents of children aged 4.5 – 18 years old can apply for a voucher with a value of up to $100 per child per calendar year to put towards the cost of their child creative activities.
